토플 점수를 지원학교에 보내는데 있어서 학생이 현재 갖고 있는 성적표를 보내는 것은 대부분의 학교에서 이를 공식 점수로 인정하지 않고 있으며, 별도로 TOEFL시험을 주관하는 미국의 ETS에 Score Report Request 를 하여 ETS로 하여금 지원 학교로 점수를 보내는 것이 필요합니다.
Score Report Request 방법에 대한 것은 www.ets.org/toefl 사이트를 찾아서 Additional Score Report 에 관한 설명을 참조하기 바랍니다 (일부 내용을 아래에 수록하였음).

You may request official score reports be mailed to institutions you did NOT identify on the day of the test. Your request may be made by phone, mail, or fax.
How long are scores valid?
Because language proficiency can change considerably in a relatively short period of time, scores more than two years old cannot be reported or verified. Test scores are retained on a database only for two years from the date of the test. If you took the TOEFL test more than two years ago, you will have to take the test again in order to have your scores reported.
TOEFL Score Reporting Services
To have official score reports mailed to institutions you did NOT indicate at the test center on the day of the test, you will need to make your request by phone or complete a request form and send it with the appropriate fee to TOEFL/TSE Services.
Additional score report requests will be processed two weeks after you take the computer-based test. Under no circumstances can score reports be mailed any earlier.
Score reports will be mailed after TOEFL Services receives your request according to the service you select:
Phone Service (credit card required)
reports are mailed four working days after your phone request
cost: $12 for the service plus $15 for each report ordered.
Mail/Fax Service
reports are mailed two weeks after receipt of your request form
cost: $15 for each report ordered.
An acknowledgment confirming that your official TOEFL reports have been mailed will be sent to you.
